DAG teams have been instrumental in training military, police, and law enforcement personnel in various countries to empower the security services maintain security and create a reliable environment for structural stability. DAG has worked closely with several governments in providing civilian capacity to support their ongoing military and security operations. This has included the embedding of Mentors with troops on the ground to advise and support them during operations, supply of entire units to be embedded in military and police forces, provision of logistics and maintenance support packages.

Our training activities have been undertaken both at our client’s facilities as well as our training areas. By coming to our training facilities, we have enabled several clients to train in an African environment and by Africans who understand the risks and issues involved with operating in this environment.

Military & Police Training

 

DAG can support all your security service training requirements from the formation, training and equipping of a full infantry brigade, to the training of a full Special Forces units. Our training can also range to the formation, and training of various law enforcement agencies in short course subject matters including offensive operations, defensive operations, and counter- terrorism operations.

Mentor Provision

 

DAG has worked closely with several governments in providing civilian capacity to support their ongoing military, police, counter insurgency, counter poaching and security operations. This has included the embedding of training of security forces, mentors with troops on the ground to advise and support them during operations, supply of entire units to be embedded in military, air force, counter poaching units and police forces.

Explosive Hazard Management Training

 

With the increase in non-traditional explosive risks facing many countries due to the asymmetric nature of ongoing conflicts, DAG undertakes the development and implementation of C-IED and IEDD training solutions. All our training solutions are flexible and can be adapted according to specific threats and theatres.

Handler & Canine Training

 

DAG provides both formal handler and canine training curriculums from DH-11 through to DH-55 as well as customised training curriculums to suit your needs including assistance in selection of suitable canines and full training of handlers to required industry standards. All training can either be undertaken at one of our training sites, or at the client's site depending upon requirements.
